Before The Big Handshake officially kicks off, Capillary is hosting a private evening for a small group of loyalty leaders in one of Amsterdam's most remarkable settings. This is not a conference session. There are no panels, no presentations, no sponsor booths. On 5 October, the Rembrandt House Museum will be reserved exclusively for Capillary and our guests — a rare opportunity to experience the house away from the usual crowds, with room for the kind of conversation that doesn't happen on a conference agenda. The evening begins with welcome drinks & bites from 18:15–18:45, followed by a private tour through the home and studio where Rembrandt lived and worked, including a live paint-making demonstration showing how his pigments were ground and mixed by hand. After the tour, we head to Café In de Waag — a striking 15th-century former city gate turned restaurant, just a short walk away — for dinner together and time for genuine connection, good food, and the ideas shaping where loyalty goes next.
